Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from PGMS, please follow the instructions below.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Personal Information: Your name, email, phone number, and profile details will be permanently deleted
  • Identity Documents: Any uploaded Aadhaar or PAN information will be removed
  • Property Data: For owners, all property, room, and tenant assignments will be removed
  • Payment History: Transaction records will be anonymized as required by financial regulations
  • Food Preferences: All meal preferences and food-related data will be deleted
  • Account Recovery: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have downloaded any data you need before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the PGMS app
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap on "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your identity with your password
  5. Confirm deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@synvertix.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your registered phone number
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.
